The Fife Fancy Federation would polity request you as a Federation panel judge to complete the below sections. Competing the below form allows us to keep accurate and up to date detail for all panel judges.

We have also added a date protection section to allow us to share basic contact details and protects both the Federation and Panel Judges.

For date protection, only first initial and surname will be displayed.

For data protection, only one type of contact method will be displayed in the judge’s panel.
