HEAD & NECK 15

Proportionally rounded showing good frontal rise with a well-rounded back skull and a rounded well-positioned eye. Neck to be free while showing a distinct break when entering the body. Beak to be small and neat and carried horizontally. 

 

BODY 15

Rounded with well-proportioned width showing a well-balanced rounded chest, not protruding but in line with the beak and the chest to be balanced by a well-rounded back starting over the shoulder and continuing to the base of the tail leaving only wingtips visible. The pinnacle of back roundness is cantered between the neck and the tips of the wings so as to create a free neck and to cover wings.

 

LEG & POSITION 15

The legs to be of slender appearance in line with the break of the neck.  A small amount of thigh to be visible together with neat complete toes and nails. Position to be semi erect, standing at an angle of 60 degrees to enable a jaunty attitude, pose and balanced movement.

 

 

FEATHER & COLOUR 15

Close, firm and fine in quality while showing an even natural rich colouration. Feather to lay onto body creating a clean cut profile free from roughness or blemish.

 

WINGS AND TAIL 15

Wings to be compact and held close to the body meeting at tips. The tail to be closely folded with a neat rounded tip and filled into the body at its root. Tail in line with the body diagonal axis at 60 degrees.
